Russell has 16 years global experience in Regional and General Management, Sales Management, Business Strategy, Business Development, IT, Engineering & Design. 9 years in Asia Pacific with sound understanding of cultural and business practices of each country in the region.
Prior to setting up Strategy Central, Russell headed up Asia Pacific Sales and Operations (Vice President) for Hyprotech, an International software company, with overall P&L responsibility. Grew business revenue and net profits by over 50% in one fiscal year.

Po Chu Byfield is a Chemical Engineer by training with an MBA in Finance, Capital Markets, Information Technology and International Business. She has 12 years experience in the petroleum industry, working for an oil major in Singapore and latterly in Nepal as their Country Manager. During this time, Po Chu gained wide ranging experiences in Sales, Planning, Strategic Planning, Logistics, Business Development and finally Country Manager, Nepal. She has travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific region; to countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Vietnam and Indonesia and authored Market Entry Plans, detailed Tactical Plans outlining pricing structure, required capital investments as well as investments in human capital required to achieve the objectives set out. She was also principally involved in designing and running cash flow calculations and determining profitability and feasibility for projects in the region.
